" Well, if you are looking for short cuts for good lean body then this is not the book for you. This book is for people wanting a good foundation of workout.The main focus is on full body and multi joints work outs. There are tons of options, in terms of work out, to choose from.
Even though I am a beginner and I cannot do all of it, it is very inspiring and I try out at least half of whatever he recommends and get amazing results. If you are committed to getting lean and having a flat mid-section, you should not miss this program.
